Eco-friendly packaging:

Our packaging is made from either re-used or recycled cardboard and we always use biodegradable alternatives to plastic packaging.

Please remember to recycle/re-use the packaging you receive from us.

U.K. and international shipping policy and rates:

Within the United Kingdom: Our domestic shipping rates are as follows:

  • FREE shipping on all orders over £50 sent by standard post.

  • Standard shipping, 3-5 working days: £3.99

  • 1st class shipping, 2-4 working days: £4.99

  • Next day delivery: £8.99

Promotional offers e.g. free U.K delivery, may supersede the above from time to time. If a free delivery promotion is offered, this will be via standard shipping i.e. approximately 3-5 working days delivery time.

International Shipping: We ship all over the world but if for some reason you have any issues at the checkout please email thelottielaneteam@lottielane.co.uk and we will help you. International shipping rates are as follows:

REST OF THE WORLD

  • Standard Shipping, 14-21 working days: £24.99

Import Duties (for all orders outside the UK): If you order products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the requested destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please be aware that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Returns and refunds:

Returns during the 7 day cooling-off period: If you return a product to us within the seven-day cooling-off period, we will process a full refund for the product(s) and applicable delivery charge(s) for you as soon as possible (within a maximum of 21 days) upon our safe receipt of the product(s). NB. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any products that are not in their original condition. Within this period, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

Returns/exchanges if the product is defective: If you believe that the product you have received is defective, please notify us via email sending an image of the defect to: thelottielaneteam@lottielane.co.uk. We will then liaise with you to organise returns and refunds, where applicable. We will refund the price of a defective product in full, any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. 

Bespoke items: As per our terms and conditions, any bespoke items including curtains, fabrics and cushions* are non-refundable as they are a non-standard product ordered based on your specification.
