1. Acceptance of terms:
These provisions (including the Security and Privacy Policy and Delivery and Returns Policy) set out the terms and conditions on which you may make use of the Lottie Lane website and services.
We may update these terms and conditions (and the statements and policies referred to in them) and any aspect of our service from time to time and will notify you of any such changes by uploading details of them on the Lottie Lane website. You should review these terms and conditions periodically for changes. By using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, then please do not use any aspect of our Services.
1a. Newsletter terms:
You are only eligible to receive benefits highlighted in the e-newsletter (e.g. discount codes) if you have specifically signed up to the e-newsletter distribution list and we hold your contact details on record. We will cross-reference e-newsletter sign-up with orders placed using the specific discount code to determine eligibility. Signing up to the e-newsletter is optional and you can opt-out of receiving it at any time. Please see section 4 and our Security and Privacy Policy. for more details.
2. Formation of contract(s) when goods/services are purchased:
Please note that when you decide to purchase goods and/or services the resulting legal contract is formed between you and Lottie Lane and this contract shall compromise of these terms and conditions, the email confirmation of your order and the applicable details on the product page and you agree to be bound by all such provisions. It is your responsibility to carefully review all of this information before you make any purchase.
2a. Refusal of transaction:
We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
2b. Disclaimer:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, we disclaim responsibility for any harm resulting from your use of any part of the Service.
3. Intellectual property rights:
We own, or are the licensee to, all rights, titles and interest in and to the Service, including all rights under copyright law and any and all other proprietary rights. You will not modify, adapt, translate or prepare derivative works from any part of our site or aspect of our Service. You must not extract or otherwise use any of the content on the Site and/or Service for commercial purposes.
The copyright on our designs commenced when the design was first produced according to our own digital and non-digital records. Any attempt to copy any designs or other material will immediately be referred to our legal team.
4. Security and Privacy:
Any personal data and other information provided by you including for our exclusive optional e-newsletter is processed by us in accordance with our Security and Privacy Policy. By providing any such personal data or other information you agree to the terms of our Security and Privacy Policy.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all information (including your name and address) you upload to the Site, is correct and accurate. Ensure that you check all information before making a purchase.
5. Delivery and returns arrangements:
Your shopping cart on the Site displays the goods you have chosen and details of postage and packing. Delivery times quoted are in working days. For further information on deliveries, see our Delivery and Returns Policy.
NB. We cannot be held responsible for the negligent actions of a delivery service including Royal Mail or any private courier e.g. a package left out in the rain causing damage to the products contained within.
5a. Import duties and taxes:
If you order products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the requested destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please be aware that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

6. Website Links:
You may link to our home page on the Site, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. We retain the right to withdraw this permission for any reason whatsoever and at any time.
7. Entire agreement:
These Customer Terms and any documents expressly referred to in them constitute the entire agreement between us and supersedes and extinguishes all previous versions. Each of us agrees that neither we nor you shall have any remedies in respect of any representation or warranty (whether made innocently or negligently) that is not set out in these terms and conditions or any documents expressly referred to in them. Neither of us shall have any claim for innocent or negligent misrepresentation based upon any statement in these terms and conditions and any documents expressly referred to in them.
8. Force majeure:
Where we are prevented from or delayed in carrying out obligations under these terms and conditions due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, acts of God, governmental actions, war or national emergency or any similar circumstance under the heading of force majeure, performance of our obligations shall be postponed for the period of time that the circumstances continue.
9. Law and jurisdiction governed by English law:
Contracts for the purchase of goods or services from Lottie Lane shall be governed by English law. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such contracts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
